After attending Ryan Calais Cameron’s fantastic production @forblackboysplay it was back to @kotg_ldn HQ for Pizza and a chat.

A big thank you to the producers, the amazing cast and The Garrick theatre for an amazing night.

We also want to give a huge thanks to @amritdhanoa_coaching & @gidhanoa from @ublossom.weblossom for the partnership and hosting the discussion and last, but by no means least, all of our young people for sharing their thoughts and experiences, particularly during mental health awareness week.

Throwback to a project we celebrated at our Winter

Throwback to a project we celebrated at our Winter Showcase last year!

@kotg_ldn collaborated with #EspritConcrete to run an 8 week pilot course fusing Parkour, Art du Deplacement and Multimedia for young people. Supported by @ldn_sport @officialsportengland Urban Sport Project, young people learned the physical basics of parkour and art du deplacement, and worked on shifting their mindset to develop skills such as resilience, respect and confidence to achieve success. Our young participants showed dedication persevering through sessions even when it was cold and rainy, some wanted the course to continue! Communication with self, others and the environment takes time and support if we allow it! It can empower one to express oneself more confidently. The staff at KOTG helped facilitate informal chats throughout the course, creating the soundtrack to this short video filmed and edited by @yourlocal_lifestyle
